Mochi Craft, Resin Sistem and Curvet Ambienti and Investor Relator of Ferretti. Augusto was involved in numerous extraordinary finance operations in the nautical and luxury sector including IPO Ferretti in 2000, OPA Ferretti in 2003, IPO Aicon in 2007. He gained specific experience in corporate restructuring and debt renegotiation, including as part of pre-bankruptcy procedures such as the financial restructuring in Olidata in 2010. He followed several acquisition operations in the nautical, luxury, food, design and large-scale retail sectors, including Riva and PAM. He began his career in Arthur Andersen until he became a manager. Augusto holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna, is a chartered accountant and auditor and holds an MBA from the School of Business Administration of the University of Bologna.
