Neil is Managing Partner of Orangewood and joined OW in 2017. Prior to joining Orangewood, Neil spent more than nine years at C.V. Starr & Co., Inc. and Starr Investment Holdings, LLC (“SIH”). SIH is a New York-based registered investment adviser that manages a multi-billion dollar portfolio of private equity investments. SIH is a subsidiary of C.V. Starr & Co., Inc., a global financial services firm whose Chairman is Maurice “Hank” Greenberg, the former Chairman and CEO of AIG. At SIH, Neil was a Managing Director and a member of the investment and valuation committees. Prior to SIH, Neil was a private equity Associate at Code Hennessy & Simmons, LLC (“CHS”). Prior to CHS, Neil was an investment banking Analyst in the Global Industrial Group at Lehman Brothers Inc. and Equity Research Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets covering stocks in the specialty retail and apparel sectors. Neil has served on several boards of directors (or equivalent) throughout his career, including ABTB, iQor Holdings, CHG Healthcare, At Home Group (NYSE: “HOME”) and the holding company for MultiPlan, Inc. Neil graduated with a B.S. in General Business from Miami University (Ohio); magna cum laude with University Honors and was born and raised in Cleveland, OH.
