Bio

Miguel joins Oquendo in 2019 contributing with over 15 years of experience in corporate lending, acquisition finance and transaction services. Prior to joining Oquendo, Miguel has been working for c. 10 years in Senior roles within the Structured Finance team of Caixabank where he led coverage for companies in regions of Central (including Madrid) and Northern Spain. He has been directly involved in the origination and execution of more than 200 deals in the Spanish Middle Market. 
Prior to this, Miguel worked from 2005 to 2008 in the Corporate Finance department of CEMEX being involved in the financing of the Group.
