Bio

Rick was appointed to the Executive Team in November 2019. He serves as the senior technology leader on all matters relating to OPTrust including Information Technology, Project Management, Information Security and Enterprise Data. In this capacity, he is the lead on all major projects and initiatives to ensure technology and proper governance is followed on all project and program activities. Prior to joining OPTrust in May 2018, he held increasingly senior technology leadership roles across various industries. Rick holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and a Master’s degree of Business Administration.
