Bio

Audrey serves on the Executive Team and is responsible for leading the Member Experience team, supporting over 100,000 members and retirees of OPTrust. Audrey has spent her career in the pension industry and is instrumental in shaping the direction for OPTrust’s service experience. Since joining OPTrust in 2001, she has held increasingly senior leadership roles and has been an active participant on many committees and organizational initiatives over the years. In 2020, Audrey was named among Diversity Journal’s Black Leaders Worth Watching, recognizing those who are advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community. She holds a Master’s degree in public policy and administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from York University.
