Mr. Toll is a Vice President at OpenGate Capital in Los Angeles and is responsible for due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management of the firm’s North American investments. Before joining OpenGate, Mr. Toll led M&A and Corporate Development at a Shore Capital portfolio company. Prior to obtaining his graduate degrees, he was a Vice President at Atlantic Street Capital and a Leveraged Finance Analyst at Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Toll graduated from University of Michigan, The Ross School of Business and received his JD/MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and Pritzker School of Law.
