Millan Mulraine Bio

Millan Mulraine joined Ontario Teachers' in 2016 after close to 10 years with TD Securities, most recently as their Deputy Chief Economist in New York where he was responsible for directing U.S. economic research and rates strategy. He leads the economics team and is responsible for designing and conducting macro-oriented research to inform the Fund's investment decisions. Millan holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, a Masters in Economics from the University of Warwick in England and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
