Kerron joined Ontario Teachers’ in 2021 and is a member of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Infrastructure team. Previously he spent over 14 years as an M&A and Corporate Finance adviser including 11 years in the Utilities & Infrastructure team at Evercore in London. Kerron has a broad range of transaction experience including energy and transportation infrastructure, power generation and regulated utilities. Key infrastructure transactions include the sale of Energia Group (previously Viridian), sale of a minority stake in Thames Water, acquisition of Moto Hospitality and the sale of Solveig Gas Norway. Additionally, Kerron’s power sector experience includes the project financing of the Attarat Power Plant and the sale of Lynemouth Power. Kerron holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from City University London.
