Bio

Carlo is responsible for transaction structuring across Onex Partners’ investment portfolio as well as related operational and tax oversight matters. He also provides transaction execution support including assisting with due diligence relating to investment activities. Prior to 2021, Carlo also provided tax-related support to ONCAP and its operating companies and limited partners. Prior to joining Onex, Carlo was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Tax group of Ernst & Young’s Toronto office focused on the acquisition, financing and disposition of international organizations. Carlo holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University.
