Theo Kim is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Kim was a Vice President at Investindustrial. At Investindustrial, Mr. Kim was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investments as well as monitoring portfolio companies across consumer, services and industrial manufacturing sectors. Prior to Investindustrial, Mr. Kim was at Paine Schwartz Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on food and agriculture. Mr. Kim began his career at Barclays, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group. Mr. Kim earned a B.S. in economics from Duke University.
