Shannon Crespin is an Operating Partner focused on Supply Chain and Procurement initiatives at One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Ms. Crespin brings over 30 years of global operations and supply chain experience across a diverse set of sectors. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Crespin co-founded the Verito Group, an operations consulting company that drives sustainable employee, customer, and trading partner outcomes. Prior to Verito, Ms. Crespin served as the COO at Tonal, where she led end-to-end operations, customer care, R&D, legal, IT and company-wide program management. Ms. Crespin also served as a VP of Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes where she led planning, distribution, sourcing, manufacturing, and product management for a $9 billion orthopedics franchise with 5,000 employees comprising of 13 manufacturing sites. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Crespin held a variety of senior roles at Medtronic, focused on global supply chain delivery and customer service strategies. Earlier in her career she served roles at NTT, formerly known as Keane Consulting Group, Nokia, formerly known as Lucent Technologies, and Encompass, formerly known as Health South Rehabilitation. Ms. Crespin earned her B.A. in life science from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and her M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
