Rohan Narayan is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Narayan was a Principal at Lindsay Goldberg. Prior to Lindsay Goldberg, Mr. Narayan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and a Vice President at Ripplewood Holdings. At Lindsay Goldberg, Goldman Sachs and Ripplewood, Mr. Narayan served on several boards of directors and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and exiting transactions in a number of sectors including industrials, healthcare and financial services. Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. Narayan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions group. Mr. Narayan earned a B.S. in economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
