Jim Wiegmann is an Operating Partner in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Wiegmann has over 40 years of experience working in consumer packaged goods and food businesses, as well as driving significant change at privately-held companies. Prior to One Rock, he served as the CEO of OLM Food Solutions, a One Rock portfolio company sold to Performance Food Group in July 2023. Prior to OLM, Mr. Wiegmann held executive roles at a number of consumer companies undergoing significant transformation, including Pro Pet as CEO, Snack Alliance as Executive Vice President and Musco Family Olive Company as Vice President. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wiegmann held management roles at Nestlé USA, Frito Lay and Del Monte. Mr. Wiegmann earned a B.S. in food science from California Polytechnic State University.
