Jeremy Xia is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Xia was a Principal at Metalmark Capital, a middle market private equity firm that invests in traditional buyout, platform and growth equity opportunities. At Metalmark, Mr. Xia served on several boards of directors and was responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing deals and portfolio companies across multiple industries including energy, industrials, healthcare and consumer. Prior to Metalmark, Mr. Xia was a Senior Associate at Greenhill Capital Partners. Mr. Xia began his career at Credit Suisse, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group. Mr. Xia earned a B.S. in operations research and financial engineering, summa cum laude, from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
