Bio

Mr. Emmenegger (Chuck) formed The Omnia Group, LLC in February 2002, along with two other Principals. Omnia is a St. Louis based acquisition firm with an emphasis on acquiring niche manufacturing and distribution companies between $10-$15 million in revenue. The company also works with national clients to locate and acquire attractive midsized manufacturing and distribution companies, provide operational and financial due diligence during the acquisition process, and search for complimentary add-on acquisitions. ​ Prior to starting The Omnia Group, Mr. Emmenegger was the President/CEO of Excaliber Holdings, which he started in 1996. He led the company's acquisition efforts, acquiring eight businesses in just over four years. Under this acquisition strategy, Excaliber grew from $0 to $165 million in revenue between 1997 and 2000, before being sold to Leggett and Platt, in 2001. ​ Prior to Excaliber, Mr. Emmenegger was President/CEO of Bull Moose Tube Company, where he grew the business from $30 million to $250 million in revenue to become the third largest steel tubing supplier in the US. ​ Mr. Emmenegger has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of; RAM Industries, Serpro Logistics, Camela Medical Group and Pulaski Bank of St. Louis. ​
