Bio

Derek is an Associate Director with OMERS Private Equity in Singapore. He is responsible for the origination, execution and management of investment activities across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining OMERS in 2019, Derek was at Baring Private Equity Asia in Singapore, where he was involved with investments in the business services sector. Prior to that, he was a member of the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Derek holds a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the College of William and Mary.
