Bio

As Vice President, Legal and Compliance, Ana is responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance program for OMERS Private Equity in North America and Europe. Prior to joining OMERS in 2021, Ana served as in-house counsel and compliance officer for Onex Corporation's private equity platforms. Before that, she held various legal roles in private practice in New York as well as at Merrill Lynch in Toronto. Ana holds a Law degree, magna cum laude, from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University (NYU) School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, Ontario and Buenos Aires. Ana speaks English, Spanish and Korean.
