Bio

Sarah is a Director with OMERS Infrastructure’s European transaction team, having joined in 2015. She is involved in the origination, evaluation and execution of new investments, as well as the management of portfolio companies. Since joining, Sarah has worked on a number of transactions, including the acquisition of Tank & Rast, CLH, VTG, XPFibre and amedes; she has also been closely involved in the asset management of Tank & Rast and CLH. Prior joining OMERS, Sarah was part of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking team. She focused on transport and infrastructure, advising clients on M&A and capital raising across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Sarah is a French national, and graduated from the Ecole de Management de Lyon with a Major in Corporate Finance.
