Bio

Paul is a Director in the OMERS Tax Team and is responsible for providing transactional tax advice to the private market teams on investment opportunities and asset management initiatives, across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining OMERS, Paul worked at Australian Retirement Trust and ANZ Banking Group where he advised on tax matters across infrastructure, real estate and private equity investments. Paul began his career at PwC providing tax advice to private equity firms, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on their global investment transactions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business and LLB (Hons) from UTS. He also holds LLM from the University of Sydney. Paul is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is admitted as a solicitor in NSW, Australia.
