Jeff McKibben joined Odyssey in 2000 and was promoted to Managing Principal in 2008 and to Senior Managing Principal in 2020. Prior to joining Odyssey, Jeff was an Associate at Saugatuck Capital, where he was actively involved in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments in middle-market companies. Prior to Saugatuck he worked at Marakon Associates, a strategic consulting firm. A native of Pennsylvania, Jeff received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.
