Mr. Hitchner joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 1998 as a Principal and was promoted to Managing Principal in 2003. In 2008, Mr. Hitchner shifted his responsibilities to managing all aspects of the Firm’s operations and away from investment activities. In 2012, Mr. Hitchner became Chief Operating Officer of Odyssey Investment Partners. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Hitchner was a vice president in Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Leveraged Finance Group from 1996 to 1998. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Hitchner was a Senior Vice President in GE Capital’s leveraged lending business. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Hitchner spent five years at Marine Midland Bank and was a member of the bank’s first LBO finance group.
