Mr. Napoletan joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2015 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Napoletan was an Analyst at RBC in the Investment Banking Division where he primarily focused on the aerospace, defense and transportation & logistics sectors. Previously, he was an Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Napoletan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia, with a BBA in Finance and Economics.
