Bio

Helen joined Oakley in 2023 and focuses on managing and developing the HR team as well as overseeing all core HR processes and cycles. She also works closely with the Chief People Officer to convert business strategy into HR strategy and plans. Prior to joining Oakley, Helen was Head of HR at Aviva. During her 13 years at Aviva, Helen held a number of senior HR roles across Investment Management and Insurance functions, delivering HR strategy globally to support business goals. Helen holds an MA in Human Resources Management from University of West of England and a BA in German from Bristol University.
