Vivio joined Oakley in 2023 and has over 10 years of private equity, capital markets and investment banking experience. Vivio’s focus at Oakley is primarily to lead the firm’s capital markets activity with responsibility for debt financing strategy and lender relationships, supporting new investments and the existing Oakley portfolio companies. Prior to joining Oakley, Vivio worked at ION Group, a technology-focused investment holding company, in a variety of investing, financing and operating positions. While at ION, Vivio also served as CFO of ION Markets, a leading provider of mission-critical trading software solutions. Vivio started his career at Credit Suisse and held a number of roles in their investment banking and asset management divisions. Vivio holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
