Bio

Peter joined Oakley in 2021 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and portfolio management in the Education and Business Services sectors. During his time at Oakley, he has worked on a number of investments including ProductLife Group. Prior to joining Oakley, Peter spent six years at mid-market private equity firm, Silverfleet Capital in London where he focused on business services, healthcare and education investments across Europe. Peter started his career in Greenhill & Co’s M&A team, advising corporate clients on a variety of public and private company transactions. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
