Current and past board memberships include: Temperform, Oakland Automation, Clio Holdings, US LBM Holdings and Team Joseph (a non-profit muscular dystrophy charity). Education: BA in Economics from Northwestern University. Personal: Lives with his wife, son and dog in Birmingham, MI. The dog runs the household.
