Bio

Scott A. Baker is a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital and has been part of the firm since 2002. Mr. Baker is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firm’s Media & Communications group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Lazard Frères & Co. Mr. Baker earned a B.S. degree, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where he was named the Outstanding Graduate.
