Tim is the Vice President of Tax and Operations at O2 Investment Partners. Tim is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s tax related functions from a compliance, transactional, and planning perspective. Tim also works closely with O2’s portfolio companies on various tax and operational matters. Prior to joining O2, Tim held several positions including acting as in-house tax counsel for a fortune 500 company, director of M&A tax for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and a member of Plante Moran’s National Tax Office. During his career in public accounting, Tim assisted and advised clients on numerous transactions, corporate restructurings, and tax planning. Tim received a JD from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, an MA in accounting from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and a BA in economics, political science, and classical studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Tim is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and is also a registered CPA in Michigan.
