Andrew is a Vice President at O2 Investment Partners. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and working in partnership with O2’s portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining O2, Andrew was with Crescent Cove, a TMT focused multi-strategy investment firm based in San Francisco. Prior to that, Andrew was with Evercore in New York and San Francisco, advising corporate clients on M&A and capital markets transactions. He began his career at Bank of America in New York, advising institutional and ultra high net worth clients on investment strategy. Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors of Straightaway Tire & Auto. Andrew received an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BS in Management and Psychology from Boston College, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
