Søren joined Novo Holdings A/S in November 2019 as Principal in Principal Investments, taking part in managing and developing the growing portfolio of investments. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Søren spent more than 10 years at SEB Corporate Finance in Copenhagen focusing primarily on buy- and sell-side M&A advisory in addition to equity capital market transactions. Søren holds a BSc in Business Administration from Aarhus University and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
