Niels joined Novo Holdings in December 2017 as Head of IT. He is responsible for the IT strategy, securing optimal business value from IT investments, vendor management, IT security and the daily IT management. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Niels was employed by Alm. Brand for 13 years, latest as an IT Manager. In Alm. Brand Niels had several different responsibilities, among these IT strategy planning & deployment and people management within IT operations. Prior to this, Niels has been working as a Fund Analyst at Morningstar Danmark from 2004-2005 and as a Research Assistant in the equity research department in Gudme Raaschou from 1997-2003. Niels holds a Msc. in Computer Science and Economics from Copenhagen Business School from 2003.
