Maja joined Novo Holdings in March 2021 as Head of Responsible Investments. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Maja was employed as Chief ESG Specialist in Danske Bank. Maja additionally brings 10 years of investment experience within external manager selection through previous employments in Danske Bank Asset Management, BankInvest and Industriens Pension. Maja holds an MSc in Finance & Accounting from CBS, Denmark from 2008.
