Bio

Jennifer joined the People and Organisation team in 2019. She is Head of HR for the US offices of Novo Holdings which includes Novo Ventures US Inc. and Novo Holdings Equity US, Inc. Jennifer is based in the San Francisco office. Before joining Novo Ventures (US) Inc, Jennifer worked as Senior HR and Operations Manager at PureTech Health, a biotech company. Prior to this she worked 7 years at Harvard University providing project and administrative support to the Central Administration team. Jennifer received a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
