Bio

Bettina joined the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings in May 2018 as HR Business Partner, responsible in providing overall strategic and tactical HR support to the manager community across areas like talent attraction, performance management, organisational – and employee development. Prior to joining the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings, Bettina was HR Business Partner in Georg Jensen where she partnered with the COO area to develop, implement and fine-tune HR processes. Other previous employments include positions at tesa SE in Germany and Philips in the Netherlands. Bettina holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from University of Southern Denmark.
