Sophie Tremblay-Sabatini holds a Master’s degree in Investments from Imperial College London, U.K. where she graduated with distinction and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with distinction from HEC Montréal. Ms. Tremblay-Sabatini speaks French and English fluently. Prior to joining Novacap in 2021, Ms. Tremblay-Sabatini held various Mergers & Acquisitions roles. Ms. Tremblay-Sabatini worked as an Associate at Enwave Energy in Toronto, a Brookfield portfolio company, where she grew the district heating business through acquisition. She was also instrumental in the negotiation of new concession agreements for development projects across North America. Ms. Tremblay-Sabatini had previously spent time with Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. where she delivered on multiple transactions in the renewable power sector. She started her career at Deloitte LLP in the valuation and financial modeling group in Montreal.
