Mathieu Ouellet has over 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and business development in North America, Europe, and Asia. Before joining Novacap, Mathieu was a Founding Partner at Tulipe Management Consulting, a firm specializing in growth and value creation. Under his leadership, Tulipe expanded its customer base globally and was recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Prior to Tulipe, Mathieu held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Secor-KPMG, BRP, and Aimia Inc. He holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a B. Comm in International Business from Concordia University. Mathieu serves on the board of College Mont-Sacré Coeur and Fondation Pierre Laurier Baribeau.
