Bio

Stephen is a Senior Vice President of NOVA Infrastructure and has 9 years of experience in infrastructure-focused private equity, project development, and investment banking. Prior to NOVA, Stephen was the Vice President of Finance at Spire Holdco, a private equity-backed midstream operator developing a large hydrocarbon liquids export terminal project in Western Canada. Stephen was also a Vice President at Strata Energy, a middle-market energy infrastructure private equity firm, a private equity analyst at TPH Partners and an investment banking analyst at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Stephen currently serves on the Board of Directors of telMAX, a fiber and telecom services platform, and Harbor Logistics, a warehousing and logistics business. Stephen holds a B.S.M. in Finance & Legal Studies in Business from Tulane University with honors and is currently earning his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
