Donna is the CFO and a Partner of NOVA Infrastructure and has over 25 years of experience overseeing the financial, operating, and administrative functions of various global advisory and private equity businesses. Donna serves on NOVA’s Investment Committee and also functions as NOVA’s Chief Compliance Officer. Donna was formerly CFO at Strata Energy, a middle-market energy infrastructure private equity firm. Prior to joining Strata Energy, Donna served as COO of Alternative Investment Management, managing all of the firm’s non-investment management functions. Previously, she was a co-founder and CFO of Park Hill Group; where she built the operational infrastructure, managed all day-to-day administrative and financial functions, and led negotiations and transitions during the company’s initial rapid growth. Donna began her career as a senior accountant at Price Waterhouse and was also the Director of Financial Reporting at Ziff Brothers Investments. Donna holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.
