Bio

Bryant is a Vice President of NOVA Infrastructure and has 6 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investment in the energy industry. Bryant was formerly an Associate at EIV Capital, a middle-market energy focused private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities in the midstream, downstream, oilfield services, and renewable energy sectors in addition to ongoing portfolio management activities. Prior to EIV Capital, Bryant was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company in the Global Oil & Gas Group. Bryant currently serves on the Board of Directors of Integrated Waste Solutions Group, a vertically integrated waste platform, and Bold Ocean, a US Flag maritime logistics business serving the US government, and also serves as an Observer to the Board of Harbor Logistics, a warehousing and logistics business. Bryant holds a B.B.A in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
