Ron has over 30 years of relevant industry experience with the last 15 in CEO and Operating President roles. Ron has an MBA from Hamilton College and has had a diverse marketing and operations career with the likes of Black & Decker, Masco Corporations as well as Atrium Windows and Doors where he ran multiple divisions. Ron’s most recent assignment prior to joining Nova was CEO of Truth Hardware. Ron joined Nova in 2013 and is the Operating Partner on the Wildcat portfolio.
