With 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Pat was CEO of Vermont Composites, Inc., a PE owned aerospace composites business serving Boeing, Lockheed and others major aerospace customers. Under his leadership, Vermont Composites’ shareholder value increased 5X over a 5-year period prior to joining Kaman Corporation (KAMN). After assisting with the integration of Vermont Composites, Pat joined Kaman Aerospace with primary responsibilities for M&A, International M&A integration, and also managing Kaman’s Indian Aerospace Composites JV launch. Earlier in his career, Pat served as Director of M&A for Dennison Manufacturing Company, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. Most recently Pat headed up M&A activity for Albany International Corp (AIN), a publicly traded aerospace company. Previous to Vermont Composites, Pat served as V. P. Finance for the Aeneas Venture Capital Group, the venture capital arm of the Harvard University Endowment. Prior to this, in addition to his role heading up M&A for Dennison Manufacturing Company, Pat held the positions of Corporate Finance Director, head of Internal Audit and was responsible for SEC reporting at Dennison. Pat also served as the President of Questech Corporation, a composites startup where he grew the business from inception. Pat holds a B.S. degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from Bentley College in Boston. Pat and his wife Marilyn live in Manchester, Vermont and have three children.
