With over 22 years of experience as a management professional in Strategy, Operations & Business Development in Aerospace & Defence sector, Dananjay has been a part of many successful aerospace start-up ventures in India in leadership positions. Pat and Jim worked together with Dananjay in the formative years of Kineco Kaman Composites India, a JV company between Kaman Aerospace of the US and Kineco Group of India, one of the leading composites manufacturers in India where Dananjay served as COO. Currently, Dananjay is Director of Laveera Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on development of new products and technologies and creating intellectual assets, operating mainly in the Aerospace and Defence sector. An accomplished professional with an MBA in Finance from the University of the West of England, UK., Dananjay possesses diverse industry knowledge, covering Composites, Sheet metal, and CNC Machined Parts for Aerospace, Defence, Space, Automotive, and other Engineering Industries, with a wide global exposure and hands on experience having worked with India, North America, UK, and European markets.
