Bio

Brent Kelley is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of North Hudson and has 13 years of private equity and energy experience. Prior to joining North Hudson, Mr. Kelley was the Controller at White Deer Energy, a private equity firm with over $2.2 billion of committed capital, where his responsibilities included financial reporting, accounting, treasury functions, and fund administration. Prior to joining White Deer, Mr. Kelley was the Assistant Controller at The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm. Mr. Kelley began his career working in public accounting as a Senior Assurance Associate at both MaloneBailey and Ernst & Young LLP, where he focused on clients in the energy, mining, and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Kelley received an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and a BS in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
