Carl-Henrik joined as an investment controller in 2012 as part of the effort of professionalizing portfolio company reporting and monitoring, improving sector analysis and forecasting whilst also ensuring best-in-class reporting to investors. Since 2020, he is responsible for Portfolio company reporting including central controlling & valuation. Prior to joining Nordic Capital, Carl-Henrik spent four years with PwC, focusing on Financial due diligence. Carl-Henrik holds an MSc in Business Administration from Lund University with exchange studies at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
