Travis Rae is a Vice President of NMS, having joined the firm in 2011. Mr. Rae is involved in the firm’s due diligence activities and monitoring of the firm’s investments. Mr. Rae also has responsibilities for the financial reporting, tax, compliance and investor communications of the firm. Prior to joining NMS, Mr. Rae served as Controller for Unified 360, LLC, a private Dallas-based technology company. While at Unified 360, Mr. Rae was primarily responsible for all financial reporting, finance, accounting and human resource duties of the organization. Mr. Rae was also involved in the negotiation and execution of client agreements and client third party financing. Mr. Rae’s background includes experience previously with KPMG, LLP and Whitley Penn, LLP where he was responsible for a range of audit and advisory services for public and private clients, specializing in consumer, industrial and energy business lines. Mr. Rae graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Masters of Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting. Mr. Rae is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
