Kevin Jordan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NMS. Prior to forming NMS in 2010, Mr. Jordan was a Managing Director for eight years in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Jordan was one of the two senior members charged with investing in and leading the group of portfolio companies acquired by NMS from Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in 2003, Mr. Jordan spent six years within the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman Sachs, a part of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure in the Leveraged Finance Group, Mr. Jordan specialized in leading the sourcing and execution of highly leveraged bank loans and high yield bonds. Transactions completed were across a very wide range of industries, and included sponsor backed leveraged buyouts as well as acquisition financings and corporate refinancings. Between 1995 and 1997, Mr. Jordan was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where he specialized in Leveraged Finance. Mr. Jordan began his Wall Street career at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. in 1990, where he joined the Investment Banking Division as an Analyst specializing in Corporate Finance, and was subsequently promoted to Associate after two years, before leaving in 1995. Mr. Jordan is a member of the Board of Directors of MCCI and Geoscape, and was formerly a director of H2O. Mr. Jordan is active in inner-city education causes, having served on the Loan Committee of the Bronx Preparatory Charter School and the Board of Student Sponsor Partners. He also serves as a Board member of the National Association of Investment Companies. Mr. Jordan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics in 1990.
