Tim leads the firm and portfolio strategy development to deliver long-term sustainable performance. He is a member of the NMP investment committee and responsible for the leadership and development of senior-level investment staff. Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked at Churchill Companies where he led the real estate, industrial, and financial services investment strategies. B.A., Bethel College; M.B.A., Cornell University;
