Bio

Ben co-founded Nili Capital in 2019. Ben managed SPC Global as part of Nili’s Fund I. He is responsible for transaction evaluation, structuring and negotiation. Ben is also responsible for fund related and administrative matters. Ben spent the bulk of his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was a Managing Director and General Counsel of the Merchant Banking Division (Goldman’s private equity group). During his 18 years at Goldman, Ben was a member of various investment committees and actively involved in the provision and supervision of legal services on a global basis to Goldman’s private equity complex. Ben has significant experience in cross-border transactions, fund administration and management, compliance and regulatory issues and dealing with portfolio company issues. Prior to joining Goldman, he was a partner in the corporate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Ben has a BA from Yeshiva University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
