Bio

Alexander is the founder of NGC Succession Capital and has been active in corporate finance on the equity and debt side since 2008. Before founding NGC Succession Capital, he was the first employee to set up Maxburg Capital Partners and accompanied transactions with an equity investment of almost €200 million. Other professional positions include corporate finance consulting for Commerzbank AG, ARDIAN and PINOVA Capital. Alexander studied business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance and completed his Masters in Management at the London Business School. In addition to his studies, he also successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk.
