Aloys de Fontaines joined NextStage AM in June 2008. He has since supported 15 companies in the portfolio, backing their development projects, in particular through the realization of more than 20 acquisitions. Aloys is a member of the supervisory board of Vulcain Group, HTI group and of Lease Protect. Aloys previously worked at JP Morgan in Paris in Mergers & Acquisitions in the segment focusing on small-cap and family-owned companies, and at Oddo Securities as a financial analyst for mid-caps. Aloys is a graduate of the EMLYON business school.
